A "Call Before You Dig Ticket Number" is a mark out number for underground utility locations as mandated by Public Act #87-71 of the Connecticut State Statutes. It is mandatory for some of the permits issued by DPW Divisions. You may obtain a "Call Before You Dig Ticket Number" by calling 811 between 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday or visit them at www.cbyd.com.
