For property owners wishing to file an appeal to the Board of Assessment Appeals, applications must be received on or before February 20th. The Board will hold hearings during the month of March.
Automobile owners, who wish to appeal the assessment on their vehicles, may appear at the September meeting of the Board of Assessment Appeals.

Property Assessment Appeals
Appeals of the assessment may be made to the Board of Assessment Appeals by February 21st. It is recommended that property owners first speak with the assessor's office before filing a formal appeal, to correct any errors or misinformation.
